Haroun Audu holds graduate qualifications in Journalism, Communication & Development, Management, Law and Theology, with postgraduate study in Natural Resources Law (Oil & Gas) at the University of Jos. A Barrister, Advocate, Notary Public and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria, he advises across business and commercial law, taxation, marketing communications law, human rights, oil & gas, banking and finance, electric sector reform, telecommunications, IT and adoption/custody matters. Called to the Nigerian Bar in 2014, Mr. Dachom brings over a decade of frontline experience in commercial due diligence, contract drafting, litigation, regulatory navigation and dispute resolution. He has led licensing engagements with multi-agency stakeholders, drafted and negotiated commercial agreements, and supported NGOs and SMEs with compliance and dispute-avoidance strategies. Core competencies span litigation, mediation, regulatory compliance, practice administration and legal tech automation.

Dorcas Dakas is a dedicated and results-oriented legal practitioner with a strong foundation in legal practice, corporate advisory, regulatory compliance, contract management and human resource administration. As Associate Counsel at Harry & Harry Partners, she has demonstrated competence in contract drafting, review and negotiation, dispute resolution, legal risk management, compliance monitoring and corporate legal advisory services. Prior to private practice she served as Human Resource Assistant with the Transmission Company of Nigeria (TCN), gaining experience in employee relations, personnel administration and workplace policy implementation. She combines legal expertise with excellent interpersonal skills and is passionate about justice, organisational development and social impact.
